To provide the best user experience, on Monday, March 18th, 2024 we upgraded our customer information system and billing software. Below are the key changes that you can expect:
Re-Registering Online: (Action Item) Members will need to re-register their online account to view their bill or set up their recurring payments.
Accounts set up with automatic withdrawal from the checking or savings accounts DO NOT have to re-setup their payment method.
Accounts paying by recurring Credit/Debit Cards WILL need re-set up their card information. You can find the new customer portal link here: https://myaccount.ejcoop.com/login.
To set up your new online account you will need to find your new account number. To do so you will need the below items:
The previous 5 digit account number. If your account number was less than 5 digits put 0's in front of the number to make it 5 digits.
Your previous statement balance. This is not necessarily the amount you paid, but the amount on your previous bill.
We now offer more options for autopay including digital wallets such as Amazon Pay, Venmo and Paypal.
